Shipping Info: All orders are shipped from Lenoir City, TN.
We ship orders Monday - Friday. Orders placed before 2pm (Central Time) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.

USA Shipping
Transit time is usually 3-5 business days. Packages weighing 13 oz. or less will ship via USPS First Class Mail. USA orders weighing over 13 oz. will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail from us after your order has been shipped. USA orders will include a delivery confirmation tracking number. You will be able to track the shipping status of your package at www.usps.com
Return Policy: Sorry we can't give refunds on music products and downloads. Damaged or defective CDs will be replaced with the same item at no cost to you if you let is know about it within 30 days of the delivery date.
