about

Anaphylaxis was a band my former manager was somewhat involved with. They had very ambient, textured recordings and I thought "LFADS" would be right up their alley. When I got back their remix, I didn't really know what to think because it was almost unrecognizable. I wondered where the vocals were. It had to listen to it several times before I could pinpoint any sections that sounded like the actual song. I've grown to enjoy this remix for what it creates.

about

The Enigmatic Foe Knoxville, Tennessee

With sharp lyrics, the playful pop bite of the best of the 70s and 80s, and the kind of self-deprecation usually reserved for a Woody Allen movie, Jared Colinger's lyrics run the gamut from the joy of new love to disillusionment with the old, from wanting to like yourself to being afraid of what we have in our minds.

The new music coming in 2023.
